Another Brittany Murphy Death Revelation: Toxic Mold Killed the Star?
Imprison the toxic mold- it killed Brittany Murphy. On second thought, is this even for real?
Apparently, the actress' cause death on December 20, 2009 still hasn't been figured out and a new revelation has been announced. Who's the perpetrator? The bereaved mother of the actress says claims it is not a who but simply a what. Toxic mold found in Brittany Murphy's home caused the actress' demise. The same thing was said to have caused the death of Murphy's late husband, Simon Monjack, five months after her death.
Sharon Murphy, the mother, did not let such an issue pass oh so easily. Sharon filed a lawsuit against attorneys whom represented Brittany Murphy's case in court. Sharon even claimed that the lawyers could have informed her on a possible wrongful death suit specifically for claims on mold found in the home.
Legal malpractice was the case filed by Sharon against the former lawyers. Sharon claims to have been duped into agreeing to settling and giving up rights to formally sue the house builders. Speculations are now popping all over the web as to how much Sharon Murphy could have gotten away with if a wrongful death lawsuit could have been filed against the house builders.
However, sources claim otherwise saying during the autopsy of Murphy and her late husband that no such mold was found. Was it not Sharon Murphy who had said not to perform an inspection of the property during that time?
The Hollywood Reporter says Sharon Murphy did not believe mold was the cause of death thus did not allow the Los Angeles Health Department to perform a thorough inspection of the house. If this is indeed true, what changed her mind now and what convinced her to say it was toxic mold that killed her daughter?
As for the million dollar house built by Elliott Horitch, it was sold in July for a whopping $2.7 million. Was it ever inspected for the said "toxic mold killer?" Probably not and for Sharon Murphy, the late actress' mother had already moved out of the property into another home for fear of getting murdered by the so-called toxic mold.
