Apple Ships iPhones Out of China Consignment Reached Destination
Customers Will Receive Their Orders
A reliable website 9to5Mac has reported that the Apple iPhone6 Plus is on its way to the U.S. The working units of the iPhone were spotted in China and Vietnam. This is a few days before its release date in the U.S.
The website also confirms through their sources as well as their staff who have ordered the device that it is on its way. This they did by checking the tracking number of their consignment and the expected delivery date is September 9, the same date the iPhone will be available across all stores in the U.S.
Around 200,000 iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus are on their way to the United States confirmed a pilot of Boeing 747. He had also taken pictures of the consignment. The pilot said that his work was to fly stuff and he was glad and very honoured to play a part in the Apple supply chain. He also gave the plane extra gas so that he could fly it quicker over the Pacific to get it across as fast as he could. He went on to add that he just landed the 747 filled with the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus at the Anchorage. The plane would be taken from there by another crew to Chicago. It will touch down at O'Hare around 9 a.m. on the September 15.
Another source said that the press too had spotted the iPhone and also tried the messages and the Siri. They also took a good look at the photos taken from the device that matched the photos that were doing the rounds before the device could be announced. The iPhones have gained lots of popularity due to which Apple is unable to keep the device under wraps.
And a couple of people also reported that the accessories for the iPhone 6 and the iPhone 6 Plus have also begun shipping.
This would come as a relief to waiting customers who are eager to receive their iPhones. Apple confirmed that 4 million iPhone 6 Plus were sold on the day of pre-order breaking all records.
