The Australasian Performing Right Association has announced the artists slated to present awards and perform at the 31st Annual APRA Music Awards this year. International pop sensation Gotye and Aussie music sweetheart Jenny Morris are joining a slew of talents on stage at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre.

Special guest presenter Bert Newton, as well as music impresario Michael Gudinski, will be joining hosts Jonathan Biggins and Clare Bowditch at the music event.

"The Voice" mentor Jessica Mauboy is slated to make a special appearance as well, while British India will be performing on stage with tracks from their current album "Controller."

Other performers scheduled to take the stage include Architecture in Helsinki, electronic pop star Abbe May with Sam Ford and drummer Kram, Ball Park Music, Lior and Gian Slater, and Georgi Kay with APRA Ambassador Robert Conley.

Last month, APRA has announced the nominees for this year's awards show, with rapper 360 leading the list with four nods. The 26-year-old hip-hop star, whose real name is Matthew Colwell, is nominated along with co-writer Kaelyn Behr (Styalz Fuego) for Breakthrough Songwriter of the Year. Their "Boys Like You" track is also up for the Most Played Australian Work, and is featured in the Urban Work of the Year category alongside the song "Child."

Psychedelic rock band Tame Impala takes two nods in the peer-voted Song of the Year for their songs "Elephant" and "Feels Like We Only Go Backwards."

Catchy tunes that dominated the international music market ("Paradise" by Coldplay, "Call Me Maybe" by Carly Rae Jepsen, "Lego House" by Ed Sheeran, "We Are Young" by Fun feat. Janelle Monae, and "Lonely Boy" by The Black Keys) are up for an International Work of the Year gong.

The 2013 APRA Music Awards will be held on June 17 at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre. It will be filmed by its subscription TV partner MAX for broadcast on June 26 at 8 pm. Encore telecast will be on June 27 at 9 pm and July 1 at 6:30 pm.
