Ariana Grande seems to have developed a new love interest post her break-up from Jai Brooks. The recent reports suggest that Grande and rapper Big Sean have taken their friendship to a new level. Grande and Big Sean worked together in the hit musical number "Best Mistake" and the buzz is strong that they are dating.

"They have been friends since they made the song together. They have been spending more time together and recently have been getting very close. They are both doing great," the source told E!

Grande and Big Sean were also spotted going on a movie date in Los Angeles. The two were seen watching "The Purge" as per the reports. The eyewitness to the Web site even revealed that Grande and Big Sean were quite intimate during the movie screening. Big Sean's rep has not declined the romance rumours but has maintained silence whereas Grande's rep it yet to comment.

Grande has recently walked out of a relationship from Jai Brooks. The "Problem" singer had recently rekindled her affair with Brooks but things soon fizzled out according to the reports.

"When her grandfather was dying, everyone was there for her. People flew to Florida to be with her, but Jai didn't," said the source to E!. "Ariana just felt he wasn't there like he should have been."

On the other hand, Big Sean was previously engaged to "Glee" star Naya Rivera. The two pulled a plug on their relationship after much "consideration" and "difficulty" based on the recent reports. At the time they were dating, it was suggested that Rivera was smitten by Big Sean and considered him a kind gentleman.

However, three months after the break-up, Rivera shocked the world by walking the aisle with Ryan Dorsey. The two got married in a super secret ceremony in Mexico.

Meanwhile, Grande has also dated "The Wanted" member Nathan Sykes in the past.
