Armani is reportedly considering getting A-list couple Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris for its new underwear campaign ad. It’s believed the famous label has offered the couple $10 million (over AU$13 million) to pose in their underwear together.

Following Harris’ success as a male model for Armani’s luxury briefs, it’s reported the label wants the DJ to pose in his underpants again, but this time paired with his girlfriend Swift. Mirror UK reports that Emporio Armani is banking on the popularity of the couple for its new ad campaign. A source told the Daily Star that Emporio Armani wants the couple for their new ad since they want to try to rival the success they gained in 2009, when David and Victoria Beckham posed for an intimate shoot for the designer brand.

"Armani bosses reckon Taylor and Calvin could emulate the success of the David and Victoria adverts. The Taylor offer is initially around the $10 million mark but that sum could then triple with global promotion if the campaign is successful,” the source said.

However, Swift’s team has yet to respond to the offer. Mirror UK has yet to receive a reply as well from Harris' rep. If ever both Swift and Harris accept the offer to pose in their undergarments together for Armani, then it would reportedly further establish them as the highest-paid celebrity couple in the music industry. The couple is estimated to have a combined net worth of $146 million (over AU$198 million).

"The offer is on the table and it is now up to Taylor's team to see if it is the right thing to do for her image,” the source added.

Swift may not be someone who is willing to pose in her underwear for a photo shoot, according to Metro UK. The singer said during a 2014 interview with Rolling Stone magazine that she values her privacy when it comes to taking her clothes off for the camera. Swift also admitted her fear of being caught on video changing her clothes that’s why she makes it a point to make sure there are no cameras in dressing rooms and bathrooms.

“I don’t walk around naked with my windows open, because there’s a value on that,” she said.
