The buzz suggests that the all-new episode of "Arrow" will star Batman super villain Harley Quinn. Quinn will be joining the special "Suicide Squad," a special group that will be formed to defeat Slade aka Deathstroke. The squad will be lead by "Spartacus" star Cynthia Addai-Robinson who will guest star as Amanda Waller.

Floyd "Deadshot" Lawton, Bronze Tiger and Shrapnel will be the part of the squad. However, Diggle and Lyla will have their own dilemma in joining the newly formed team. On the other hand, Oliver will use his Bratva connections in finding Slade, reported Latin Post.

According to "Arrow" co-star David Ramsey the episode will be a high dose of adventure.

"There's a bigger story with the suicide squad and ... their involvement perhaps with Team Arrow in the future. There's a lot of set-up for the season finale... Big stuff," revealed Ramsey to TV Line.

The rumours of Harley Quinn's presence were fueled all thanks to the Episode 16 promo, which shows a blonde woman from her back and her matted hair appearance bear resemblance to Quinn.

This is not the first time that "Arrow" will feature a Batman character as in the past it has introduced many comic characters. The team members will don yellow jump suits for their new mission in suicide squad and the leader of the pack will wear a black eye patch, suggest reports.

In regards to Harley Quinn entry, Marc Guggenheim, executive producer of the show told ComicBook that "This is not the special announcement - that's episode 219 and this is 216" and "to paraphrase Aaron Sorkin: 'There's gonna be an episode of "Arrow". I'd watch.'"

The CW issued synopsis about episode 16 titled "Suicide Squad" suggests that the Oliver (Stephen Amell) and Slade (Manu Bennett) will continue fighting and the former will prepare for the battle. Sarah (Caity Lotz) will try her best to help Oliver but he will ask her to go.
