"Arrow" Season 3, Episode 7, titled "Draw Back Your Bow," airs this Wednesday (Nov. 19) on The CW. Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) gets asked on a date, as a guest character reveals her obsession with The Arrow/Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell). Meanwhile, the new Black Canary costume is out, and Caity Lotz has something to say about that.

Spoiler alert: This update contains Arrow Season 3 spoilers. Read at your own risk if you have not watched the previous episodes.

Katie Cassidy suiting up as Black Canary has been anticipated by many fans since Arrow Season 1 on The CW. Now it can be told: Cassidy's turn to be the new Canary is happening this season. But first, Episode 7 tells the story of Carrie Cutter.

"Oliver tries to stop Arrow-obsessed serial killer Carrie Cutter, who is convinced Arrow is her one true love and will stop at nothing to get his attention. Unfortunately, her way of getting noticed is to kill people," reads the Arrow Season 3, Episode 7 synopsis on TV.com.

Carrie Cutter is portrayed by Amy Gumenick, who also starred in another show from The CW, "Supernatural." She calls herself Cupid in the final moments of Arrow Season 3, Episode 6.

"Meanwhile, Ray asks Felicity to be his date for a work dinner with some important clients; and Thea auditions new DJs for Verdant and meets a brash DJ with whom she immediately clashes," the Arrow 3x7 synopsis on TV.com concludes here.

Many viewers are expecting Ray (Brandon Routh) and Felicity to start dating, since spoiler reports and recent storylines have been giving clues. This week's new Arrow episode could establish or mar the screen chemistry between the two fast talking characters.

The new DJ Thea Merlyn (Willa Holland) is going to hire is portrayed by Austin Butler of "Carrie Diaries." Roy (Colton Haynes) will have to deal with Thea moving on, but at least his nightmares about the death of Sara Lance (Caity Lotz) are over (as of Arrow Season 3, Episode 6).

Meanwhile, the new Black Canary costume is out, and Instagram has something to for the DC character's avid fans.

Felicity's new potential love, Ray Palmer, will also be suiting up as The Atom. It is not clear though whether a new level of cosplaying will be seen in Arrow Season 3, Episode 7.
