‘Arrow’ season 4 spoilers: Thea’s new love interest is a ‘handsome, charming, witty’ political consultant
After the events of last season, it is time for Thea Queen (Willa Holland) to part ways with Roy Harper (Colton Haynes) and welcome a new love interest. The spoiler buzz is that she may date a new guy, Alex, in “Arrow” Season 4.

Thea’s life became chaotic after she learned that she is Oliver’s (Stephen Amell) stepsister and Malcolm Merlyn’s (John Barrowman) daughter. Also her relationship with ex-street criminal Roy, who later joined Arrow’s team, had its share of ups and down. Towards the end of “Arrow” Season 3, Roy decided to skip Starling City, leaving Thea behind, after he took the fall for Arrow (Oliver). Meanwhile. the show’s co-creator and executive producer Greg Berlanti told Deadline that they made a two-season deal with Haynes and it had to end.
With Roy gone from her life, things are going to take an interesting turn in Thea’s life in “Arrow” Season 4. She is set to meet Alex, a sharp, polished political consultant, in episode 5 of the upcoming season. according to TV Line. The report describes Alex as “handsome, charming, witty.”
There is a possibility that this charming political consultant may work with Patty, Moira Queen’s (Susanna Thompson) pal, who is running for Mayor. There are speculations that Alex might make his first appearance in episode 2 of “Arrow” Season 4 as the episode’s title “The Candidate” does indicate political twist.
Meanwhile, Oliver and Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) also left Starling City to start a new life together, not as a fighting unit called Team Arrow but as a couple.
With the rise of a new villain called Damien Darhk (Neal McDonough) in town, it looks like Oliver and Felicity may have to return to Starling City. Damien will be turning the city upside down, and Oliver will be making a comeback as Green Arrow in episode 1 of the new season to save his city, according to reports.
