Arsenal are looking confident to sign Legia Warsaw's 17 year old defensive midfielder Krystian Belik even though the Polish club have rejected their initial bid. It is understood that German club Hamburg are offering Legia Warsaw €3M for the teenager. He is also being given a tour of the German club's facilities to lure him to Germany. Unfortunately for the German club, Belik's heart is set to play for Arsenal. Apparently he has been assured by Arsene Wenger that he would be a part of the first team straightaway. So confident are Arsenal of landing him that Arsenal chief negotiator Dick Law is personally visiting Poland to finalise the deal.

Geona goalkeeper Mattia Perin, dubbed as the next Gigi Buffon, is also being courted by Arsenal. The 22 year old Italian shot stopper has made the national side in 2014 and has been a constant understudy to Buffon himself. The goalkeeper situation at Arsenal is a tricky one. First choice keeper Wojciech Szczesny is sublime one day and prone to school boy errors the next. David Ospina has not set the world on fire as well. It will be interesting to see how far Arsenal go to secure the services of another goalkeeper.

19 year old Arsenal striker Chuba Akpom has only six months left in his contract. He is therefore able to talk to new clubs to secure a move away from Arsenal. He was loaned away to Brentford and Coventry City to get regular first team football. He has offers from Feyenoord, FC Twenty and Borussia Dortmund to join them this summer. He has interest from a lot of Premier League clubs as well. With the departures of Lukas Podolski and Yaya Sanogo it is learnt that Arsenal are offering Akpom a three year contract extension and are not wanting for him to go away on a free transfer at the end of the season.
