Lady Gaga has just released a new lovely photo of her with a prosthetic arm via Twitter.

The 27-year-old tweeted: "THIS IS THAT ARM". 'The arm' will be featured in her upcoming music video for Applause.

Gaga also tweeted earlier: "i am listening to the album. I know maybe this upsets you, as you'd very much like to hear it. i share these personal feelings because IF I HAD TO GO ANOTHER MONTH WITHOUT PLAYING THE NEW MUSIC I THINK"

Applause will be the first official single for her forthcoming album ARTPOP, which is due for release on Aug 19. The highly anticipated album, on the other hand, will hit record stores on Nov 11.

Two days ago, she launched a countdown for the worldwide release of 'Applause' music video directed by her good friends, fashion/art photographers Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin.

Following Gaga's recent nude photo for V Magazine, the 27-year-old singer goes nude again, this time in a performance video for a Kickstarter campaign to support the Marina Abramovic Institute.

Titled The Abramovic Method Practiced By Lady Gaga, she is seen dancing and chanting in a forest in her birthday suit.

Lady Gaga has been known to be a big fan of the renowned performance artist whom she visited at her 2010 exhibit The Artist Is Present at Manhattan's Museum of Modern Art.

Other pop artists and Hollywood stars who are interested in Abramovic's works are Jay Z, Courtney Love, Liv Tyler, Lour Reed, Bjork , Christina Ricci and Ciara.

Back in July, Jay Z danced with the 71-year-old performance artist for six hours while performing his song Picasso Baby at the Pace Gallery in New York.
