Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore: Til Death Do Us Part or It’s Time For Us To Part?
The May-December romance of Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher was made official by their secret wedding in Beverly Hills on September 24, 2005. The couple began dating in May 2003.
Amidst the rumors of marriage problems, the couple dealt with those rumors of infidelity and marital trouble a year ago. At that time, they took a trip to Israel for what the actor described as a spiritual journey.
Demi and Ashton met at a casual dinner in New York City. Demi has said that they talked all night long after they met. Demi Moore was 42 and Ashton Kutcher was 27 when they married. The wedding was arranged at the last-minute and was a traditional Kabbalah ceremony. The ceremony took place around 10 p.m. and was led by Rabbi Eitan Yardeni. They stood beneath a chuppah and Demi's daughters gave tributes to the couple.
Their rings were designed by Neil Lane. Demi wore a cream Lanvin gown at their wedding. Ashton wore a cream Brooks Brothers suit and a fedora. About 100 friends and family attended the wedding including Demi's three daughters, ex-husband Bruce Willis, Lucy Liu, Soleil Moon Frye, Jason Goldberg, and Wilmer Valderrama.
The guests were served a vanilla-bean wedding cake decorated in powder blue. The couple combined work with pleasure on their honeymoon in Barcelona, Spain. They stayed at the Hotel Rey Juan Carlos I while Demi shot a commercial for Freixenet, a Spanish sparkling wine.
There are new tabloid reports of Ashton's infidelity causing trouble in his marriage to Demi Moore. The two, who are currently on different coasts, have curbed their prolific "Tweets" in some possible hints about their marriage. "When we are offended at any man's fault, turn to yourself and study your own failings. Then you will forget your anger," a quote was shared by Moore from Greek philosopher Epictetus.
The pair was also reported to have spent their six year wedding anniversary apart. Kutcher arrived in San Diego for a weekend of partying with his former "That '70s Show" co-star Danny Masterson with "Fluxx" nightclub among their stops where they had a VIP table.
The actor also refrained from tweeting anything on his wedding anniversary. On the other hand, Moore has been in New York City to promote "Five", the short film she directed as part of Lifetime's TV anthology. The actress attended the premiere along with actress Jennifer Aniston on Monday night.
Kutcher, who recently returned to TV in "Two and a Half Men", was in Los Angeles where he presented an award to Ryan Seacrest Tuesday night during L.A.'s Promise Gala 2011. The actors' representatives have not commented yet on the couple's split issue.
