It appears that Ashton Kutcher is giving Star's second cheating story the cold shoulder. The usually Twitter-tweeting Kutcher is yet to issue any dismissive tweet on the matter. Ashton Kutcher last activity on Twitter has been retweeting tweets from @dnafoundation.

When the first story came out, Mr. Kutcher took to Twitter (via his @aplusk account) to slam Star's accusations, threatening to sue the magazine for defamation.

"I think Star magazine calling me a 'cheater' qualifies as defamation of character. I hope my lawyer agrees," Kutcher tweeted, later adding: "STAR magazine -- you don't get to stand behind 'freedom of the press' when you are writing fiction."

Now, the woman he allegedly cheated with on Demi Moore, had surfaced with details of her sexual encounter with the Hollywood star. Brittney Jones, as the magazine identified the brunette, alleged that she and Kutcher had sex on the couch (as Kutcher disallowed the bed) at the home Kutcher shares with Demi Moore and her daughters.

Lawyers for the actor had previoulsy dismissed the first story with a statement published by Us Weekly, but the silence now from Kutcher's camp is deafeing. Fans are still waiting for that tweet, Mr. Kutcher.
