It's Demi no "Moore" for Ashton Kutcher as he snuggles up with another fling.

A few weeks after the well-publicized couple have split, the "Two and a Half Men" actor is having a stab again at relationships as he reportedly hooked up with screenwriter Lorene Scafaria, who's harshly (and truthfully) described as a "Demi Moore clone" by the San Jose Mercury News.

According to X17 Online, the two are on an Italian getaway, and have "held hands".

A source dishes that Kutcher and Scafaria were having a good time, circling the city in a Porsche Carrera Sports 2011 and did the "holding hands" at a spaghetti dinner at the Pizzeria Trattoria Toscana.

The Leaning Tower of Pisa was also a witness to this love-venture, with the two taking photos of themselves there.

Here is a photo tweet by the 33-year-old actor, where he looks happy with Scafaria and his friend slash Katalyst business partner Matthew Mazzant by his side. He accompanied it with a shout-out saying, "Roman holiday with homies."

He also added, "Keeping warm this holiday season, hope everyone is having a good one."

The screenwriting babe is no stranger to Hollywood types; she was previously linked to "The OC" star Adam Brody.

Responsible for the film adaptation of "Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist" and the upcoming comedy "Seeking a Friend for the End of the World" which is to star Steve Carell and Keira Knightley, buzz about her tryst with the actor spread quickly, as brought by the tweet.

One of Scafaria's confidants (and a snitch at that) says, "Ashton started seeing her while each was in a relationship."

However, official representatives refute this, telling US Magazine that "they're just friends".

Hmm, is that so?

It actually isn't the first time the two embarked on a trip. On Dec. 9 and 10, Kutcher and Scafaria went to Yellowstone Club ski resort, which saw them snowboard and play shuffleboard, according to US Weekly.

It's been a quick shift for the hunky actor, truth be told. It was just last month when Demi filed divorce against him due to the former's sexual affair with 22-year-old Sara Leal.
