Aussie teen faces multiple charges for egging Justin Bieber at Sydney concert [VIDEO]
An unnamed 17-year-old teenager from Bondi Junction, New South Wales was arrested from his home and was identified by the police as the main suspect for the ‘egg attacks’.
A teenager from the eastern suburb in Sydney is now facing multiple charges after being identified as the perpetrator for egging Justin Bieber while the Canadian teen sensation was performing in Sydney last week.
The Australian Associated Press said that an unnamed 17-year-old teenager from Bondi Junction, New South Wales was arrested from his home and was identified by the police as the main suspect for the ‘egg attacks’.
The teenager was brought to the Waverly Police Station after he was picked up from his home Thursday morning. The arrest came after Acer Arena - - the concert venue - - complained to the police armed with details of the incident taken from a social networking site.
The Waverly police have reportedly confiscated mobile phones and other items during the arrest. The court has however granted the unnamed teen of conditional bail. A court date has been set at Parramatta Children’s Court on June 2.
A Perth Now report said that about 14 eggs were thrown at the singer and his back-up singers and dancers during a routine at the concert in Sydney Friday night.

The video also showed that two eggs landed one meter within Justin’s position onstage while four more dropped from above the teen sensation, cracking in front of the stage. The teen singer stayed away from the center-stage while an assistant cleaned up the platform.
The singer was reported to be a true sport about the incident and continued with the live performance as part of his “My World” tour in Sydney.
