Austine Mahone 'Sad' about Selena Gomez's' Unfollow
According to Hollywood Life, Selena Gomez really has a great impact on people around her, her friends and her family. Such that an Instagram unfollow can reduce a person to tears. Hollywood Life claimed that Austine Mahone was really upset when he realized Selena Gomez no longer follows him on Twitter and Instagram. He was so sad that he shed tears.
Austin Mahone, 18, is sad that Justin Bieber's love interest, Selena Gomez, 21, is not following him on his social media accounts - Twitter and Instagram. Because he has never been in a fight with Selena Gomez, the latter's random decision to one day just unfollow him is enough to drive him nuts with worry and shed tears.
Hollywood Life just has to know how he felt about Selena unfollowing him when at the 2014 RDMAs on April 26. "I was sad when she wasn't following me, I shed one single tear!" Austin shares. He did laugh afterwards so he can really be just exaggerating. His words though cannot be taken as purely nonsense.
Austin Mahone need not take Selena Gomez's decision to unfollow him as a personal attack. Reports have emerged claiming Selena Gomez unfollowed everyone on her Instagram, the Jenners first. So this is really a Gomez problem and not his. Granted, Selena unfollowed the Jenners because she believes Kylie Jenner and Justin Bieber are more than friends, unfollowed Bieber for the same reason and unfollowed Taylor reason for obvious reasons, this does not necessarily mean she has some beef against Mahone.
In fact, her move can even be considered a professional one. Recently she has reportedly claimed she outgrew her parents' managing style and fired them as her managers. She replaced her parents with Bradford Cobb, Katy Perry and Adam Lambert's manager. If she outgrew her parents' managing style, then this must mean she cannot wait for a more serious reputation, especially as a singer. To establish a more serious image, maybe a cleanup of her social media accounts is the first step.
Austin Mahone certainly does not need Selena Gomez following him to establish how popular he is now. Just last year, he was opening the first-ever Radio Disney Music Awards, and now he's become an international star with millions of fans.
