Australian model has one of the greatest manes in the industry but she suddenly lost her great blonde locks.

Model Georgia Van Cuylenburg shared her horrifying story of losing one of her greatest assets in the fashion and modeling industry.

The 24-year-old Melbourne native model discovered that she is suffering from Alopecia areata, a condition that entails loss of scalp and body hair. The condition has no known cause and cure.

The model said that she once owned this "thick and amazing blonde hair." Her hair defined her beauty and served as an edge over other models in the industry.

The model revealed her story on ABC's 20/20. The show will narrate the story from the day that she found out that she is going bald to how the model hide under a wig to search for the elusive cure for her condition to the time that she accepted her condition.

The model found renewed strength with children about how honest they are with their condition and she came into terms with her condition. Now, Georgia Van Cuylenburg is living in Los Angeles and she also started to reach out to people with the same condition.

Her boyfriend documented her journey with the condition and the film will be shown in the show.
