Australian actor Ryan Kwanten revealed that he has a gay brother. Kwanten made the revelation in an interview with The Advocate, a magazine in the United States.

Kwanten tells The Advocate: "My youngest brother, Lloyd, is gay. He was probably about 18 when he came out, and I can wholeheartedly tell you that from the day that he did, he was a changed man for the better.

"The sheer beauty of who he is really came through."

Kwanten is one of the sexiest people in television at present. He stars in the hit HBO series True Blood as Jason Stackhouse. In the same interview, he also revealed that he is not ruling out a same-sex encounter for his character in the popular series.

"Well, there are more seasons to come, so there's still many an opportunity. I'm sure Alan Ball's (the series creator) concocting some road to take Jason down that he's never been down before."

The Australian actor has recently been featured, along with Isabel Lucas in GAP's Yuletide campaign. He will next be seen on the big-screen on The Knights of Badassdom. Kwanten will also play the infamous Charles Manson in an upcoming biopic to be directed by Brad Anderson.
