LOS ANGELES, CA - - Actress Lindsay Lohan is facing three years imprisonment when convicted of felony grand theft that the Los Angeles authorities are expected to file against her anytime now. She is already scheduled for arraignment on Wednesday, 1:30 p.m. at West District Airport Courthouse, South La Cienega Blvd, Los Angeles.

Her latest brush with the law over the stolen necklace is the most serious of all the charges hurled against the Mean Girls star, said The Los Angeles times.

The International Business Times reported earlier citing reports from TMZ that the actress has been implicated on the $2,500 worth of necklace from a Venice jewelry store, the Kamofie & Co., located at 1300 block of Abbot Kinney Boulevard.

Evidences against the 24-year-old actress include pictures of the actress wearing the necklace that have recently surfaced on the web and a surveillance video with the actress allegedly wearing the necklace before she left the store.
