Ava Sambora, tipped as the next Miley Cyrus, walks runway for Bon Jovi rocker Richie Sambora
Ava Sambora walked the runway for her father Bon Jovi rocker Richie Sambora's new collection for White Trash Beautiful this weekend, while her mom Heather Locklear sitting on the fashion show's front row.
The 13-year old Sambora made her modeling debut last March at the Los Angeles Fashion Week, for her father's clothing line.
Richie Sambora seems to be very fond of his daughter, telling PEOPLE that he is beyond proud just before his daughter walks the runway for him for the second time.
"My daughter's beautiful, she's gregarious, she's funny, she's smart," said Sambora.
His daughter confessed that even if last weekend's show was her second, she still felt nervous. But Ava did not show it. She said she is now comfortable in the runaway although she still hope that she won't trip as she shows off her father's latest design.
Is Ava Sambora the next Miley Cyus?
Ava certainly looks up to Miley Cyrus, just like any other gal her age. Sambora expressed love for the teen star.
"It's just everything about her-I would really love to act with her. She's like my biggest role model-besides my dad," Ava told PEOPLE.
With Miley Cyrus shedding off her wholesome image music video after music video, is it ripe for the likes of Ava Sambora to fill in the vaccum that she will definitely make in every teenage girl's world?
Miley Cyrus has recently got the ire of parents after her music video for Who Owns My Heart showed Miley in a more sexualized image (Readers might beg to disagree that this is novelty, since Miley Cyrus had already been photographed locking lips with Australian hunk Liam Hemsworth.)
Parents Television Council said of the video: "It sends messages to her fan base that are diametrically opposed to everything she has done up to this point. Miley built her fame and fortune entirely on the backs of young girls, and it saddens us that she seems so eager to distance herself from that fan base so rapidly." Maybe it's time somebody starts filling up the shoes that Miley Cyrus is starting to distance herself from, and that's where Ava Sambora might come in.
