Marvel may or may not have purposely leaked the teaser trailer for "Avengers: Age of Ultron." But it did give some die-hard fans something to "cry" about.

A preview of the much-anticipated blockbuster film was debuted at the San Diego Comic-con. Reporters present during the said event were generous enough to share some details about the footage. However, it reportedly only made fans wonder when they would be able to see the footage themselves. Apparently, they didn't have to wait long as the official teaser trailer was recently leaked online.

The "Avengers: Age of Ultron" trailer seen below is apparently the same footage showcased during Marvel's Hall H presentation at the Comic-con. The International Business Times previously shared some details about the video being a montage of scenes from the epic movie. However, it's interesting to point out some missing scenes previously reported to have been revealed at the convention.

The Comic-con footage supposedly ended with Tony Stark looking down at the seemingly dead bodies of the Avengers. However, in the leaked trailer it ended with just a reveal of Captain America's shield torn in half. There's no indication of dead bodies of the Avengers scattered around Thanos' supposed tomb. Nevertheless, fans couldn't have been ecstatic to see the teaser preview.

From Marvel Entertainment's YouTube page, fans agreed that the official teaser trailer for "Avengers: Age of Ultron" looks "epic." So much so that user Adryan Pantoja thinks it "definitely has to be better than "Avengers." Another fan was also quick to note that Vision wasn't featured in the video, to which antman8o8 replied, "they don't wanna reveal too much just yet!" The video is just a teaser after all.

When the video leaked, Marvel was reportedly smart enough to respond with a simple tweet blaming Hydra. According to another YouTube user closedcl8, production proved they were not affected by the leak by promoting it "for the masses to enjoy."

Dammit, Hydra.

The leaked "Avengers: Age of Ultron" teaser trailer only upped fans' excitement to watch the movie and see the villain Ultron. YouTube user Powerman33 claimed the A.I. "looked like Lockdown from "Transformers 4," while users Yusif Noori and JddSaun described the villain in action as totally "badass" looking.
