"Avengers: Age of Ultron" premieres on May 1, 2015. Ahead of its much-anticipated release, movie spoilers from set photos and plot details have made the rounds online. Below is a summary on some of what's been shared far on Joss Whedon's blockbuster sequel. [Spoiler Alert]

Tony Stark

Tony Stark could be in trouble in "Avengers: Age of Ultron," according to Inquisitr. Creating the supervillain Ultron will supposedly lead to his demise. His intentions for creating the A.I. are clearly for mankind's best interests, which is to achieve peace on Earth. However, it will reportedly eventually create trouble in terms of his relationship with the other Avengers. According to Inquisitr writer Kevin Bostic, Tony Stark could even cause the Avengers to split. "It's hard to imagine everybody on the team being happy with Stark after Ultron has been bested," he said.

Screenrant even mentioned Chris Hemsworth (Thor) confirming that Stark's creation could split the team up. Ultron is said to be so powerful that he can "manipulate all sorts of things - including the dynamic of the team."

Thor

According to Cinema Blend, the "God of Thunder" will no longer be ruling Asgard in "Avengers: Age of Ultron." He has reportedly abandoned his throne so he could be with his love, Jane Foster (Natalie Portman) on Earth. This would make it easy to call on Thor for help when the team battles Ultron.

However, the movie may not see Thor and Jane back together again, according to a previous article from the International Business Times. During the rumoured victory party at the new Avengers Tower (previously Stark Tower), the scientist is seen getting cosy with Richard (Chris O' Dowd's character from "Thor: The Dark World"). Thor, on the other hand, merely watches Jane from a distance.

Hulk

Cinema Blend also reports that Mark Rufallo has confirmed that he will have an expanded role in "Avengers: Age of Ultron." This could supposedly pertain to his budding friendship with Tony Stark as seen in "Iron Man 3." However, the video footage shown at the San Diego Comic-con reveals an angry green giant battling Iron Man. Hulk reportedly loses his temper in the sequel and battles Stark who suits up in the Hulkbuster created specially to defeat Hulk.

Ultron

Instead of Hank Pym creating the A.I. (comics-based), Tony Stark patterns the vibranium-made robot out of his likeness, especially his intelligence. It's reportedly through his intelligence that Ultron soon realises by himself that the only way to achieve peace on Earth is through mankind's extinction.

The Avengers have a tough enemy to defeat since Ultron cannot easily be beaten. He can turn into multiple forms as he sees fit to defeat the team. The Comic-Con video footage even teases the death of the Avengers following their battle with the A.I. Except for Tony Stark, the rest are seen lying bloodied and defeated, while Stark looks down at their lifeless bodies.
