Whether the world really needs (or wants) another Kardashian, another one is coming this way.

Kourtney Kardashian and partner Scott Disick are expecting a second child, after their 1-year-old son Mason.

Us Weekly reports the reality TV star took a pregnancy test five weeks ago, and woke up Disick early in the morning to tell him the good news. The positive result to the test came as no surprise to the soon-to-be daddy of two.

"It wasn't like we weren't trying. We kind of just said, 'If it's meant to be, it'll be,'" he tells the magazine.

The couple have been together for five years, and ET recently reported wedding bells are "imminent."

Kardashian, 32, is already two months pregnant.

"Now I'm nine weeks along. You're supposed to wait 12 weeks to tell people, but I feel confident," the eldest Kardashian sibling reveals to Us.

In an exclusive statement to her mother network E!, Kardashian talks more about her excitement at the prospect of adding more kids to their close-knit clan.

"Scott and I are so excited to announce that we are expecting our second child and are thrilled to be expanding the love in our family," she says.

A new bundle of joy is perfect material for Kardashian's new Web series, Kourtney's Mommy Blog. It is a weekly video blog that offers first-hand advice from the starlet on all things mom-related.

Rumors of a second baby have been swirling since August, when Kardashian was repeatedly spotted sporting flowing dresses and loose tops.

She quickly quelled the rumors then, saying she was not expecting although she "definitely gained a few healthy pounds."

Three months later, the pregnancy test comes up positive, and it couldn't have come at a more opportune time.

Reports of infidelity have sent reality fans in a frenzy. Disick allegedly had a fling with fellow reality star Kristin Cavallari when he was having problems with Kardashian.

"Scott and Kristin hooked up in Las Vegas during a time [February 2009] that he was on a break from Kourtney," a close friend of the Kardashian family tells Life & Style.

Another pal reveals it wasn't the only time the pair had ever gotten together.

"Actually, Scott and Kristin were hooking up on and off for a year, maybe even two. When Kourt and Scott would fight, he'd party with Kristin and hook up," the insider says.

Cavillari denied the allegations of an affair, calling it "100 percent not true."
