'The Bachelor Australia' 2016 updates: Axed auditionee says would-be contestants were asked to reveal cup size, insult each other on cue
"The Bachelor Australia" premieres on Ten Network on July 27, 2015
While the prize for winning “The Bachelor” would get one lucky woman a great opportunity to date the very handsome Richie Strahan, the hopeful ladies have to go through a very tedious process. According to a former would-be contestant, this reportedly involves having to do some things which are not only awkward, but quite uncomfortable and unnecessary.
In a no-holds-barred expose by Pedestrian , an auditionee who failed to make it to the show tells all about what they made her go though. The unnamed woman revealed that the process was plainly horrendous. It included her being asked about the number of sexual partners that she has had, whether she has had any sex tapes, if she had dumped lovers lurking around, why she is still single and her bust measurement.
The dress code for the audition was “Sunday session with the ladies” which she found quite vague, then showed up on the venue unexpectedly underdressed and intimidated by her fellow auditonees whom she described as full bodied and large busted.
They were then told to tell different stories, some sad and some happy. They found themselves smiling at first then ultimately silent. To ease the tension, they were made to do silly things like dance to Justin Bieber’s “sorry” and to show party tricks. They all witnessed each other do things they did not expect to do and see such as lick elbows, roll tongues and some show off flexible joints.
Later on, they were huddled in a semi circle and asked to compliment one another. Things got really tense and disturbing when they were told to insult one another. Invectives flew across the room which were thrown at their accents, their looks and many others. One auditonee, however, found a way to circumvent this by turning the insult into a compliment by saying “I hate you because you are tall and I always wanted to be tall.”
A report by The Dailymail reveals the searchees who made it past that tedious stage and would soon might just get their chance to date Strahan. These include health promotions officer and model Megan Marxx and men’s magazine model Kiki Morris, who previously appeared on Zoo and Romp magazine.
“The Bachelor Australia” will premier this July 27, 2016 on Network Ten.
