‘The Bachelor Australia’: Lisa Says She Is Not Pregnant With Blake’s Baby
Even before the final episode of "The Bachelor Australia" Season 2 unfolded, rumours about a split and one of the bachelorettes being pregnant with Blake's baby surfaced. The rumours about the split started swirling when Network Ten announced that it has cancelled all media interviews with Blake, Sam and Lisa.
One of the rumours has now been confirmed to be true. On Thursday night, Blake said goodbye to Lisa and to Sam, he said that he loved her and got down on his knee and asked her to marry him. Sam said yes to the marriage proposal. The final moments of Season 2 looked like a perfect, fairy-tale ending. But in the real world, it looks like not all the fairy-tales get a happyily ever after ending.
Network Ten has confirmed that Blake and Sam have ended their engagement, as Blake realised that he and Sam wanted different things from a relationship and have different priorities. In addition to the speculations about the break up, there were also speculations that Blake has got one of the bachelorettes pregnant. Also, there were reports that Blake had been texting Lisa and Louise [the girl he sent home in the penultimate episode].
Lisa took to Instagram after the airing of Season 2 finale to say that she is not pregnant with Blake's baby. She wrote, "Wow what an incredible journey that was! Thank you everyone for all your love and support. I can confirm the rumor and I am definitely not pregnant with Blakes baby... Lol I wish Sam and Blake all the best in the next chapter of their lives."
Kyle Sandilands and Jackie O of Kiis FM breakfast were the first to confirm that Blake and Sam are no longer a couple. According to their source, it was Sam who called off the engagement. Mail Online has quoted Jackie O as saying, "Sam watched the last few episodes of the show while in lock down and was devastated by how Blake was saying the same things to all the girls."
Now it looks, it is Blake who changed his mind. The relationship reportedly ended last Friday. Meanwhile, Sydney Morning Herald is reporting that 1.374 million viewers tuned in to watch the "The Bachelor Australia" Season 2 finale.
