'Bachelor In Paradise' spoilers: What happens with Jared Haibon, Caila Quinn and Ashley Iaconetti
“Bachelor In Paradise” finally showcased the breakdown of Ashley Iaconetti over the budding relationship between Caila Quinn and Jared Haibon. And now that the season is airing in the US on ABC, Jared has confirmed he is never joining another “The Bachelor” show again.
In an interview with Glamour, Jared admitted that he only joined the current season of “Bachelor In Paradise” because he knew he would regret not doing so. He also knew that this would have been his last opportunity to find love the unconventional way.
Jared also admitted that he spoke with Ashley when he was first contacted by the producers. However, he remained adamant that neither party knew the other would be joining. “We came to the conclusion that we needed to make this decision individually,” he confirmed. “And that’s what we did.”
And while Jared did not disclose any specifics on the love triangle viewers can see brewing with him, Ashley and Caila, he was careful not to give anything away. He did share, however, that he and Ashley are “great friends still,” but that Ashley and Caila were definitely not “painting each other’s toenails.”
In a preview of the season’s 6th episode, Ashley I. is seen breaking down numerous times. “It’s completely unfathomable,” she says during confessional, “that two people can honestly love each other so much and not be together.” She also calls watching the person she loves be with someone else as “the greatest pain you can experience.”
And yet, Caila is seen enjoying herself with the new group of guys that come along. Following a party on a yacht, she is filmed talking to Jared. “I’m unsure about how I feel,” she says. According to Inquisitr, this indecision is why Jared refuses to join another “The Bachelor” show.
While viewers will need to watch out if this claim is true, Jared is adamant that his reasons are personal. “I knew if I went on [this season], this is it” he said.
"Bachelor In Paradise" airs every Monday and Tuesday night at 8 p.m. in the US on ABC.
