Angelia Jolie is the new trendsetter. The beautiful actress ditched the traditional dress code of a silky flowing gown and arrived on the red carpet of the BAFTA award ceremony on Sunday evening wearing an almost matching black tuxedo with his partner Brad Pitt! Yes, you heard it right - a tuxedo on the red carpet!

The 36-year-old actress who has been famous for her swanky long leg peeking out of her gowns in earlier award ceremony instead chose to give Brad a little company and donned a beautiful Saint Laurent ensemble, which made her slimmer figure stand out. Brad Pitt reportedly wore a former Valentino tuxedo with a bow.

Angie did not wear a bow though. Thanks heavens for that! She chose a very stylish necktie, which looked sexy on her. The actress and mother of six chose to let her hair open and help her fiancé Brad Pitt's hand most of the time as they walked the red carpet at the ceremony.

Angie completed her corporate tuxedo look by wearing a shiny black belt, black stilettos and no accessory at all. Most of the times her hands were either in her pocket of in Brand's hands. The couple looked very much in love and was all about public display of affection.

It is not the first time that a couple has tried to come out in matching outfits. In 1999 David Beckham and Victoria Beckham decided to dress in same matching leather outfits at one of the red carpets. In 2001, Britney Spears and her then boyfriend Justin Timberlake did the matching denim look. Both of them chose to wear an all denim ensemble and looked rather cute.

Angie proved to be the lady luck for Brad Pitt. "12 Years a Slave" won the BAFTA Award for the best movie. Though Pitt had a small yet powerful role in the movie, he is also the producer of "12 Years a Slave." The movie is doing great at the awards department and has also been nominated for an Oscar.
