The British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTAs) 2013 has seen not only the most glamourous and best dressed stars but also the worst dressed who arrived at the Covent Garden in London for this year’s biggest award show in the U.K.

We have been so used to seeing "Sex in the City star" Sarah Jessica Parker with loud headress and nice, elegant dresses that to see her wearing an all-black, Elie Saab, jumpsuit is one big change, if not at all great dismay for the 47-year-old fashion icon and actress. She paired her scuba-style all-in-one with a pointed shoes as she walked the red carpet with her hair sleek parted on the side.

Though the usually-very-stylish producer and actress may not have earned the worst dressed celebrity at the BAFTA’s 2013, critics claim that they would have loved to see her in usual self.

Alice Eve also received some flaks appearing at the award’s event in a loud, fire-print ensemble. The very visible zipper at the back of her dress by Alessandra Rich did not sit well, according to The Daily Mail. Check out Alice Eve dress here.

Though Jennifer Lawrence was able to pull off a sleek hair and smokey eyes, coming to the Covent Garden drenched, with an over-sized coat on top of her off-shoulder dress did not escape the scrutinizing media lenses.

Paloma Faith earned “worst dressed celebrity” at BAFTAs 2013 and critics, who couldn’t actually determine where to begin in expressing dismay over her choice for the U.K.s biggest award giving body for film and television.

The singer/songwriter and actress may have gone over the top as she came to the show with a ridiculuos hairstyle and her choice of gown for the evening was another story.

Her dress has been described as “made of fairy dust” while her ‘intricate updo’ was according to critics “look(ed) like a bowl of croissants.”

While Paloma’s dress and style could have been the sole subject of scrutiny by the critics, they went on lambasting her “massive eyebrows” which the celebrity could have avoided had it been quite trimmed for the night. Or was it part of her “eye-catching ensmble?”
