Bastian Schweinsteiger Is Not Dating Ana Ivanovic Anymore, Footballer Reconciles With Old Flame Sarah Brandner
Bayern Munich's midfielder Bastian Schweinsteiger and Serbian tennis star Ana Ivanovic were recently pictured together holding hands during a stroll in New York City. German news media suggested that the pair might be a couple. However, a new report claims that Schweinsteiger and Ivanovic are not dating anymore.
According to InSerbia, Schweinsteiger and Ivanovic have briefly dated. They were in a relationship for a couple of months until Schweinsteiger reconciled with his long-time partner and model Sarah Brandner last Sept. 13.
The reconciliation happened after Bayern Munich's victory over Verein für Bewegungsspiele (VfB) Stuttgart last Saturday's match. Schweinsteiger met Brandner in a hotel, where they spent a romantic evening together.
Schweinsteiger and Brandner reportedly met in 2007. They first saw each other while shopping in Munich. Then, Schweinsteiger and Brandner met again during a holiday in Ibiza and that was the beginning of their relationship. They broke up seven years later, but have apparently gotten back together. Brandner is a model. She started modelling at the age of 14.
