In a conference call with reporters, Carlton Cuse dished out some information on what's next on the show. He revealed the finale "moves the overall narrative a big step forward" notes Cartermatt. "Bates Motel" EP also noted that fans will "find out more about Norman's real culpability in the Miss Watson case."

Meanwhile, Freddie Highmore revealed that fans can look forward to get "many more answers" regarding the murder mystery. He also told that with truth coming out, many characters will need to deal with the dilemma concerning their support to Norman for his actions.

Furthermore, Zap2it revealed that the murder mystery "will be wrapped up by the final episode." While speaking to the reporters, Carlton Cuse revealed that Norman Bates "self knowledge" will play a big role in "how he moves forward."

Cuse revealed that finale (The Immutable Truth) is his "favorite" episode. That is because of the great performances by the lead actors Freddie Highmore, Vera Farmiga and Max Thieriot.

The Web site also notes that by the end of "Bates Motel" Season 2 Finale (Episode 10) "The Immutable Truth," fans will be "questioning their support for Norman Bates." Also, Norman will end up making a "selfish decision." Speaking about mother-son relationship, he told it will "evolve" in the coming time.

As for Norma, there is a might be "bad ending" in store for Norma and George's relationship. By the end of it, fans will know where it takes Norma.

Meanwhile, fans know that "Bates Motel" Season 2 finale airs May 5 on A&E at 10 pm. According to the Spoiler TV synopsis, a "tragic event" from the past will leave Norman Bates tormented.
