"Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice" will also feature Cyborg. Actor Ray Fisher confirmed the news in one of his recent interviews. Read on to find out the details.

DC Comics' "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice" is almost two years away from its release date. However, actors starring in the movie are doing a great job of keeping fans updated with details about the highly anticipated sequel of 2013's "Man of Steel."

In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, actor Ray Fisher not only confirmed his role as Justice League superhero Victor Stone aka Cyborg but also that his character will be appearing "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice." Talking about his role, the young actor revealed that he was quite surprised when he learnt the "extent to which DC and WB had planned on taking his character."

Speaking to the entertainment news publication, Ray Fisher revealed that initially all he wanted was to be "the part of this world"

"I didn't think I'd be getting my own stand-alone film," Ray Fisher tells Entertainment Weekly while talking about his 2020 Cyborg movie.

The publication reports that the actor finished filming his "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice" part in July. But he did mention about making friends with Hollywood star Gal Gadot, Jason Mamoa and Ben Affleck. The report notes that the actor "bonded" well with actor Jesse Eisenberg, who also happens to be from Ray Fisher's hometown New Jersey.

The only actors he could not meet during his filming period are Henry Cavill, who plays Superman and Ezra Miller. The actor refuses to reveal any details or "plot-points" from the movie. However, he has few words to say.

"Let me tell you, man... people are in for a hell of a treat," Ray Fisher says about Zack Snyder's "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice."

Reports about Ray Fisher playing the role of Cyborg surfaced in April. Variety broke the news on April 24, 2014. For those who don't know, in the comic books, Victor Stone/Cyborg is the son of scientists Silas and Elinore. They made him the subject of many of their experimental endeavours that resulted in Victor's enhanced IQ level and other superhuman abilities. Besides Justice League, he is also a member of another superhero team New Teen Titans.

"Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice" releases on March 25, 2016.
