Meanwhile, the actor sat down with Total Film to talk about playing Lex Luthor in Zack Snyder's superhero movie.

"There are some indications of how the character should behave based on the script, and then an actor makes it his or her own," Jesse Eisenberg told Total Film.

While elaborating on the portraying the character, Jesse Eisenberg explained how he worked with writer Chris Terrio to "figure who this person is to create a real psychology behind what is, perhaps, in a comic book, a less than totally modern psychology."

According to Jesse Eisenberg, Lex Luthor is a "complicated, challenging person."

Furthermore, rumours about "Batman V Superman" storyline are making the rounds. According to Breathecast, the movie picks up from where 2013's "Man Of Steel" left off. The website notes that reports suggest that "Superman will be on trial by the U.S. government because of the events that occurred in the first 'Man of Steel.'" The report cites the final sequence of the said movie wherein the battle between Superman and General Zod, Jax-Ur and Faora left Metropolis completely destroyed.

Previously, Batman News reported that an action sequence involving Superman and United States Capitol building in Washington DC has been shot. The website noted that in the sequel Superman will be questioned about the events in the final sequence of "Man of Steel." However, DC Studios has not yet revealed any official synopsis of the movie. Therefore these should be treated as mere speculations.
