‘Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice’: Latest Jason Momoa 'Aquaman' Photo Hints Confirmation For His Role
While "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice" continues with production in Detroit, rumoured Aquaman actor Jason Momoa recently posed with a fan while holding a trident. His facial expression while posing with Aquaman's weapon allegedly hints his confirmation over his involvement in the "Man of Steel" sequel.
Batman-news claimed Jason Momoa may have further fuelled rumours that he will play as the aquatic superhero in "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice." A chance meeting with a fan during a Comic Convention in Brisbane, Australia, reportedly gave away the actor's best kept secret regarding his role.
Tumblr user "Dashurie" claimed he met the actor during the convention where she went as Mera. She even took a photo with him holding her costume props, her "Aquaman-like trident." The fan recalled Jason Momoa was "so lovely" and an "adorably friendly chap." The pair also hugged after sharing favourite comic book characters, which according to Dashurie Momoa said "he felt like he was Lobo in real life."
However, what's interesting according to Batman-news is the actor's facial expression while posing for the camera. Jason Momoa's face, allegedly screams confirmation that yes, he will play Aquaman in "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice."
"Just look at his face! I think that says it all," writer Chris Begley said.
But this is yet again another speculation as Warner Bros. have yet to release an official statement or possibly a photo regarding the actor's involvement in the sequel.
Fans have been guessing the possible appearance of Aquaman in "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice." There have been many hints that supposedly confirm the involvement of the aquatic superhero in the movie.
Zack Snyder called in a Detroit radio show on the previous month to defend the character. He claimed Aquaman can beat Superman with his powerful trident.
Additionally, International Business Times previously mentioned filming locations for "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice" also includes in Morocco. The desert plains of the country and its wide landscape is said to be set up for Aquaman's introduction in the sequel.
Reports claimed movie director Zack Snyder will utilize some concepts from the New 52 series of the comics for the movie. From there Aquaman finds himself in the desert and has no recollection of how he got there.
Jason Momoa has been rumoured to play as Aquaman in "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice." But the actor has remained mum and have repeatedly denied his involvement in the movie, from his Instagram post to his guest appearances in talk shows.
