Leaked set photo of Wayne Manor emerged over the weekend, which reportedly revealed just how old Bruce Wayne is in "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice." Additionally, Alfred's trailer was also spotted on the Detroit set of the movie.

Judging from the external façade of the Wayne Manor as seen on the photo, fans may see a "diminished" or shrunken Batman according to Inquisitr. Bruce Wayne's mansion has apparently aged along with the character in all those years of crime fighting. According to Batman-news, the rundown, abandoned Detroit Ransom Gillis mansion will be used for Zack Snyder's "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice." It's rumoured to be the movie's version of Wayne Manor. Coincidentally, a trailer with the label "Alfred" was also parked outside the Manor. This reportedly confirms the rumours of the old house being Bruce Wayne's new home.

IGN claims the decayed look of the manor seems to coincide with previous plot details involving Batman's crime fighting escapades. Batman has reportedly been "operating out of a modern cottage for a number of years" according to writer Anthony Cuoto. So it's clearly understandable why the house should look dingy or a little weary. Additionally, as previously mentioned by the International Business Times, Batman's Bruce Wayne will already be sporting a few streaks of grey hair in the movie. Warner Bros. CEO Kevin Tsujihara even said during an interview that Batman will already be "tired and weary and seasoned and been doing it for a while."

The Night Crusader may have reportedly already retired from personally fighting off enemies. "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice" will supposedly take most of its concept from Frank Miller's "Dark Knight Returns" finale. If this is the case, then Batman would just be confined in his Batcave while he controls his new group of crime-fighting bat robots to defeat the enemies in Gotham City. According to Batman-news, the Batcave in the movie will be housed underneath the old Ransom Gillis mansion. But few CGI touches could allegedly lighten up the mood of Wayne Manor's façade.

"Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice" is slated for a U.S. release on March 25, 2016.
