‘Batman V Superman:’ Trailer Coming Soon, Release Scheduled For December
When the teaser trailer for "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice" was revealed at the San Diego Comic-Con, fans were supposedly wondering when they would see the footage themselves. Now the wait may soon be over. Sources told Batman-On-Film that the first trailer for Zack Snyder's superhero sequel is ready to be released. "The first teaser trailer for the film is complete and ready to go," writer Bill "Jett" Ramey said.
The "Batman V Superman" insiders supposedly gave a hint that "the teaser will be revealed online this Fall along with a November or December film release." No further details were provided as to which movie the trailer will be tied to. However, few speculated New Line Cinema (Warner Bros. sister company) will feature the preview during the release of its movie, "The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies" on Dec. 17, 2014.
According to the site's sources, the said trailer for the "Man of Steel" sequel will be focused on the Caped Crusader as it's reportedly going to be "Batman heavy." Therefore, fans may be seeing more of Ben Affleck in his batsuit, according to Denofgeek. However, it would surely upset fans of Henry Cavill's Superman, according to Comicbookmovie. Nevertheless, filming for "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice" has been going on for months now, so it's believed there will be a lot more options of scenes to choose from for the trailer.
In related news, cast and crew headed to New Mexico for their next location. Production was supposed to be in Africa, in the desert plains of Morocco. However, according to the International Business Times, the increasing Ebola virus scare led production to change location to the South Western part of New Mexico, near Deming. Filming will reportedly take place in the Playas in mid-November once production wraps up in Chicago, Illinois.
Courtesy of KOAT TV, fans were able to see an aerial view of what "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice" have set up in New Mexico. Cinema Blend claims the massive construction being built resembles Wonder Woman's home island in Themyscira. The site posted a photo comparison of the N.M. construction with that of Wonder Woman's fortress at the island. The only thing supposedly missing in the location is the presence of a body of water to actually make it look like an island. Hopefully, fans could see more of the construction when the trailer is released on December.
