Ben Affleck recently spoke about the director of "Batman vs. Superman" and what he learnt about the visual effects in the movie. He will be playing the role of Bruce Wayne in the movie and is expected to take on Clark Kent, played by Henry Cavill.

"Batman vs. Superman" is being directed by Zack Snyder. Speaking to Inquirer Ben Affleck showered some praise on the director, complimenting him for his hardworking nature and his talents of using visual effects to good effect.

Zack Snyder reportedly hits the gym every morning and Ben Affleck said that the director had more energy than anyone he knew. The actor also said that he learned a great deal from Zack and particularly admired the storyboarding of every single shot in the movie; this allowed everyone on the sets to know exactly what was expected in the scene being filmed.

"Batman vs. Superman" is set to feature some exciting scenes involving visual effects. Ben Affleck reportedly said that he has learnt some "cutting edge visual effects" from Zack while filming the movie.

Ben Affleck is an accomplished director himself, having directed hit movies like "Argo" and "The Town." The other movies he has directed include "Gone Baby Gone" and "Gimme Shelter." He will also be directing the upcoming movie "Live by Night," slated to be released in 2016.

Movie buffs are eagerly waiting to see what new visual effects the director has in store for them in "Batman vs. Superman." Fans of the franchise got a glimpse of the teaser trailer from the movie at a Comic Con event. The producers have so far decided not to make the trailer available to the general public.

The teaser trailer showed Ben Affleck in his Batman suit turning on the Bat-Signal on a rainy night to reveal Superman floating in the air. The eyes of Batman are glowing in what may be some kind of night vision goggles while Superman's eyes are glowing red.

Some of the other characters readers can expect to see in "Batman vs. Superman" include Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Lois Lane, Alfred, Martha Kent and Lex Luthor. The plot of the movie has still not been released by the producers.
