Controversial Brazilian actress, model and TV host Daiana Menezes appears to be over the domestic and financial problems that hounded her the past few months. Her cover photo of the men's magazine, UNO, for the September 2013 issue, shows a very happy Daiana with no apparent traces of the tax problems and husband problems she grappled with a few weeks back.

Wearing her birthday clothes, but a black necktie that covers her left breast, it is a first for Daiana to go totally nude for a magazine cover even if she had been the cover girl of FHM and Maxim in the past.

Her flawless skin shows no traces of contusions or blade cuts on her wrists, allegedly a result of her domestic problems just a few weeks back.

In early June, Daiana hinted she was a battered wife when she posted messages on her social media accounts of the suffering she went through since she married then Cagayan de Oro Congressman Benjo Benaldo.

All eyes, however, were focused on the congressman when after a few weeks, he was in an apparent suicide attempt at his office in the lower house of the Philippine parliament, following his loss in the May election. However, Benaldo's camp later denied he attempted suicide.

Prior to that Daiana also had troubles with the taxman, although she blamed her accountant for her financial woes.
