BBC apologizes for showing an image of Prince William with one penis sketched on his forehead.

The blunder happened yesterday during BBC Breakfast when the show broadcast a promo video clip of Barbershopera.

The phallic drawing stayed on display for seconds only. However, it was enough to embarrass BBC as several viewers did not find it funny at all. BBC editors apparently missed the clip.

Colourful reactions started pouring in on the social networks. Andreas Vesalius' tweet gave the information to the world while Dave Yates commented that BBC should be more careful on what it shows.

Many other viewers found it outrageous. Many found the material offending which was provided by Barbershopera. BBC did not take it long to say sorry for the uncalled for incident.

The video is a part of the comedy show which is based on an entertaining barber shop. The show is scheduled to appear later on the channel. Those who may want to experience the unfortunate incidence are bound to get disappointed as the programme is not going to be accessible on BBC iPlayer. The morning show is uploaded under no circumstances.

The picture of Prince William also had a moustache and beard scrawled with a black pen. The graffiti was done on an image that appeared on the newspaper. In addition to that, Prince William acquired glasses as well while he sports missing teeth with pleasure, as drawn by the anonymous artist.

Prince William is presently on a paternity leave as he is still celebrating the birth of his first son July 22. Prince William is 31 now and is a helicopter pilot. He is the second in line for the throne as his son Prince George stands third in line.

The Royal Family has been on the headlines for some days now as Prince George was born. However, this news headline is not going to impress them much. They are not going to like the fact that the head that is supposed to flaunt a crown eventually has got something less glorious to sport.

It was shocking for many of the viewers to find a penis of the head of future king. They even checked it again by rewinding the same if what they saw was right. Many believed that BBC did not check the clip before broadcasting the same. This proved to be right as BBC cited the same reason in defence.
