In “The Beautiful Lie” Season 1 episode 6, which aired on Nov. 22, Saturday, Anna Ivin (Sarah Snook) struggled because her son Kasper Ivin (Lewis Fletcher) still refused to see her. She failed to manage her fears as her relationship with her lover Skeet Du Pont (Benedict Samuel) started to spiral out of control.

In the past episodes of the first Season of “The Beautiful Lie,” Skeet Du Pont’s former girlfriend Kitty Balantyne (Sophie Lowe) was established as the most irritating character. In the sixth episode, she goes into labour, which is considered an excruciating experience.

Kitty Balantyne is having a baby with Peter Levin (Alexander England). Their tandem is a good contrast as Peter Levin is considered the most likeable character on “The Beautiful Lie” so far.

While Snook plays the Anna Ivin very well, it is not easy to muster sympathy for the character because of her own undoing. In “The Beautiful Lie” Season 1 episode 6, Kasper Ivin did not want to stay with his mother.

In addition, Anna Ivin’s husband Xander Ivin (Rodger Corser) has moved on happily with a new partner. On the other hand, Anna Ivin was convinced that Skeet Du Pont is interested in a fellow musician.

Meanwhile, aside from playing Anna Ivin in “The Beautiful Lie,” Snook is set to star in the film “The Second Coming.” Written and directed by David Barker, the upcoming crime thriller stars Snook opposite “The Astronaut’s Wives Club” actor Sam Reid.

Before “The Beautiful Lie” premiered in October, Corwin responded to being dubbed “Mr. Everywhere” as he also stars in “Miss Fisher’s Murder Mysteries” and “Glitch.” In an interview with News.com.au in October, Corwin said, ““Aw, me? Patrick Brammall, yes, because he does comedy and films. He’s great. Actually, I think all the other actors want him to leave the country, so we can get some more work.”
