One of the storylines being heavily promoted in World Wrestling Entertainment is the Bella Twins rift. In fact, it is one of the headliners for the Night of Champions fight on September 21 pitting Nikki and Brie against current champion Paige McMahon and number one contender AJ Lee.

While it is understandable that the TotalDivas producers supposedly concocted the conflict between the twins to rake in more viewership, it appears that the tension has already spread even outside the ring. In the video below, the Bella twins continue on bickering while making the rounds in New York City during the promotion of Total Divas with Natalya:

While the rest of the viewers are wary of the much predictable drama between the twins, this new development would make them think twice if it is still really acting or are if they are actually getting on each other's nerves. In the latest Raw edition, Brie got to exact revenge on her sister by shoving her to the canvass. It became a free for all as AJ Lee, Stephanie McMahon and Paige McMahon all joined in on the action, creating a smorgasbord of ladies going at it.

Now we wonder, will this help promote the upcoming four-way bout at the Night of Champions? Given that reaction to the Bella twin's storyline has been subdued so far, the WWE might just be looking to shelve the conflict altogether and go back to their original team-up. Totally erasing the twins out of the picture may be possible given the fans' response.

The logical scenario might just be for Nikki to take the win from reigning champ Paige with Stephanie's help, creating a new alliance. Then we can now conclude this twins' saga with Brie and Nikki finally contesting the belt in a one-on-one match. However, that leaves Aj Lee of the divas with a respectable fan base with no shot at anything. WWE has a lot to iron out with this Divas drama and it has to start with resolving the Bella twin's telenovela first.
