“Traffic” star, Benicio del Torro is expecting a child with model and Rod Stewart’s daughter, Kimberly Stewart.

Del Torro’s representative confirms Stewart’s pregnancy in a statement sent to People Magazine.

"Kimberly is pregnant. Benicio is the father and is very supportive," the rep was quoted as saying in the statement.

The actor’s spokesperson emphasized that the “Che” star and the rocker's daughter is not in a romantic relationship together, saying they ‘are not a couple’.

The rep added: “…"they are looking forward to the arrival of the baby."

Kimberly is a model and has been linked to a number of actors in Hollywood including, Jude Law and Rhys Ifans. She was engaged to 31-year-old, "Laguna Beach" star Talan Torriero, who was seven years younger than Kimberly.

Benicio is known for his role in “Traffic” and won the Best Supporting Actor at the Academy Awards for the 2001 film.

In addition to “Traffic” and “Che”, Benecio is also known for his role in “21 Grams” which also earned him an Oscars nomination. He also appeared in “The Wolfman” opposite Emily Blunt.
