Benji Madden tried to stem the rumors of him and Cameron Diaz dating by not commenting on the rumors when asked by an Australian radio show, but a new picture of them locking lips confirmed the two are indeed, seeing each other. According to Radar Online, Cameron Diaz and Benji Madden cannot deny that they are more than friends because of the exclusive photos of them kissing over the weekend.

Many speculated that "the Other Woman" star, Cameron Diaz and Benji Madden are already an item when they were spotted together at a Los Angeles gym. However, nothing has been confirmed until now when Star Magazine revealed photos of them being hot and heavy at Manhattan's ABC Kitchen on Sunday. The two were reportedly sharing a hearty breakfast when an eyewitness saw the actress and the Good Charlotte rocker locking lips.

"Throughout the entire meal, Cameron and Benji couldn't keep their hands off each other," the eyewitness reported.

"They were whispering to each other and laughing, just having the best time together," the eyewitness added.

They were not alone though. Diaz, 41, and Madden, 35 were with a group of six people having breakfast. "Everyone else at the table were talking and catching up, but Benji and Cameron were completely removed from the conversation. They were totally consumed with each other," the source said.

"Benji kept his arm around her, and she'd just rest her head on his shoulder and stare at him, grinning. It was obvious that she's crazy about him," said the source.

If the two are really dating, then Nicole Richie will be happy, since she was the one who reportedly set Benji up with Diaz. Nicole is married to Benji's brother, Joel Madden, Hindustan Times reports.

A source told X17: "Cameron is pretty into him... she likes the bad boys! But the thing is, Benji's actually a really nice guy." "They've been having fun together, making sure it doesn't get too serious too fast."
