The 63rd Primetime Emmy Awards was a celebration of talent and appreciation for television's finest, and almost everyone arrived in stunning ensembles.

The recently-concluded Primetime Emmy Awards is an annual red carpet event that distinguishes the best and worst dressed celebrities. The color of the night proved to be red, with The Vampire Diaries's Nina Dobrev, Glee's Lea Michele, and Adrianne Palicki wore bright red ensembles. Top Chef's Padma Lakshmi looked glowing in a camel satin dress by Armani Privé, while Big Bang Theory's Kaley Cuoco dazzled in a black Ramona Kezeva ankle-length gown.

Glitter and sparkly choices were also a popular choice at the event, with Mad Men's Christina Hendricks filling out a Johanna Johnson studded gown, and Taraji Henson wore a shimmering gown by Blumarine. The Good Wife star Juliana Marguiles won an Emmy and looked glowing in an Armani Privé studded corset gown. Modern Family star Sofia Vergara looked curvaceous and stunning in a salmon Vera Wang number, while Gwyneth Paltrow dazzled in a sequined, cut out Emilio Pucci dress.
