Best Mannered Celebrities of the Year a Big Joke: From Swift to Bieber [PHOTOS]
The America's National League of Junior Cotillions has come up with the list of "Best Mannered Celebrities of 2012." While some names deserve to be on the list, not all the names mentioned are worthy to be in it. Who exactly made it onto the list and why should and shouldn't they be on it?
Given that it's almost the end of the year, a lot of list made by well-known organizations would come up. Surprisingly, the list for the "Best Mannered Celebrities of 2012" is one of those lists of which were released yesterday. A few celebrities who managed to make it onto the list are Taylor Swift, Justin Bieber and Daniel Radcliffe.
Some may be pretty happy with the results especially "Swifties" and "Beliebers" but not everyone in and out of Hollywood agrees with the list. If there are two people who shouldn't be in the top ten, Taylor Swift and Justin Bieber should definitely be out. Why?
Despite the fact that Swift has been said to inspire people, Swift had been in a lot of controversies as of late. One of these includes crashing a wedding party care of Conor Kennedy, Swift's then boyfriend during that time. Victoria Gifford Kennedy had to tell the story in painful detail to the Boston Herald.
"Swift and Conor Kennedy texted me an hour before the wedding and asked if they could come," recalled Victoria. "I responded with a very clear, 'Please do not come.' They came anyway...I personally went up to Ms. Swift, whose entrance distracted the entire event, politely introduced myself to her, and asked her as nicely as I could to leave. It was like talking to a ghost. She seemed to look right past me," added Victoria.
While crashing a wedding party is one thing, another factor overlooked by the ACLJC is their comment on Swift's dignity and poise. The statement is as follows.
"Keeping her dignity and poise as she created the Red album, and not really having anything that would sour her reputation," said the ACLJC director.
Surely Swift's thinly-veiled song entitled "Dear John" has dignity and poise written all over it. The panel should definitely look that over again.
Justin Bieber by all means is not well-mannered nor does he show "courtesy" to his fans. As of late, Justin had been caught in traffic related complaints, rudeness towards paparazzi and publicly mocking the Philippine boxing champion.
The America's National League of Junior Cotillions better review that list again. For those who still haven't seen the list of their Best Mannered Celebrities of 2012, it is as follows:
