‘Better Call Saul’ season 3 theory: Dean Norris might return as Hank Schrader
“Better Call Saul” season 3 will soon make its way to the big screen and as teased by the official Twitter handle of the series, there will be more connection to “Breaking Bad” in this particular season. Hence, there is a possibility that we might also see Hank Schrader (Dean Norris) in the show.
In the last season of the show, particularly the second half of it, fans saw how Mike (Jonathan Banks) is slowly being inserted into the world of crime. There are high chances that this will lead him to Gus Fring (Giancarlo Esposito) and so the rumours about the same are also rife. That is how New Mexico’s underworld stage of crystal meth would set up in the prequel of “Breaking Bad.”
Therefore, it is very likely that Gus will be introduced in “Better Call Saul” season 3 soon and if that happens, the makers cannot keep Hank away. The DEA agent will soon come into picture to trace the links of blue meth formula that is being spread to the whole state. In “Breaking Bad,” Hank figured out the business venture too late as blue meth was already everywhere, with Heisenberg (Bryan Cranston) ruling the business on the land.
A promo for the third season was unveiled recently on Twitter which also teased that there will be more connection with “Breaking Bad” in the forthcoming season of the spinoff prequel. With Cranston already rumoured to be directing an episode and making a comeback, and the plot of the show moving towards the introduction of Gus Fring, the possibility of Norris returning to the story as Hank is also high.
“Better Call Saul” season 3 will most probably arrive early in 2017. The 10-episode season will be streamed on Stan in Australia.
