Beyonce has released a topless pregnant picture of herself with Jay Z for her "On the Run" HBO documentary. The picture shows a very pregnant Beyonce smiling and hugging her breasts with her hands while her husband Jay puts his arms around her pregnant belly. The picture, which was taken in 2011, proves that Queen Bey was indeed pregnant and had a real baby bump.

There has been speculation in the media over Bey's first pregnancy with many websites suggesting that Queen Bey never got pregnant and faked her baby bump all the time. There is a video evidence too available on You Tube that reportedly shows Bey's allegedly "fake and folding" baby bump and can be checked below and here. Hollywood Life also reported a story some time back which talked about how Beyonce supposedly opted for a surrogate pregnancy. A woman named Tina Seals who actually gave birth to Blue Ivy Carter is now claiming her back and asking for her custody, said the website.

Beyonce's topless pregnancy picture was not the only one shared by her. The 32-year-old songstress and her rapper husband give their fans a sneak peak into their intimate moments with their home videos shown during their "On the Run" tour and featured in their two-and-a-half-hour HBO special, "Beyonce Jay Z: On the Run."

The HBO show was filmed in Sept. 12 and 13 when Bey and Jay were on the final leg of their joint "On the Run" concert in Paris at Stade de France. The final night saw the couple enthrall their fans with a memorable performance on "Young Forever" and "Halo."

The couple showed a series of clips that document how Bey and Jay got married, shared a kiss, followed by Beyonce getting pregnant. The clip further shows Beyonce lying in a hospital bed after giving birth to her daughter Blue Ivy, who lies next to her. The camera then shows Jay carrying Blue into their home for the first time, followed by some precious moments of Blue and her celebrity parents captured as they smile and laugh with her. The clip ends with a very romantic picture of Beyonce and Jay Z's performance during their joint concert. Check out the videos below.
