Beyonce's perfume Heat has been tipped as the best-selling celebrity fragrance of all time. The collection which has six scents since 2010, has sold more than any perfumes launched by any other celebrity, Female First reports.

The pop diva told the magazine that she created the perfume to "reflect the power, passion and playfulness I put into my performances." The collection includes Heat Rush, Midnight Heat, N.Y.C. Pulse, and her first two scents, Heat and Pulse.

According to the Web site, there are various scents in the perfume ranging from a heady mix of light floral smell for her girl fans, to the peculiar vanilla for the romantic types, sandalwood and acai for those who love exotic romance. The perfume is packaged in a turquoise glass bottle.

"I want women to feel sexy, strong, empowered and I want them to feel like they can conquer anything. When they walk into a room, I want them to feel like they can leave a lasting impression on everyone they walk past," Beyonce writes about her perfume in beyonceparfums.com

Beyonce also took to her Twitter page Beyonce Parfums to thank her fans for making it a success. "Thank you all so much for the continuous support of my fragrance line."

In other news the March issue of Vogue magazine where Beyonce was featured, has got tremendous response from readers. The Queen B issue of Vogue that featured her in a contemporary black and white dress outsold the magazine issue that featured interview with first lady Michelle Obama in April by over 60,000 copies.

No wonder why Michelle Obama is a fan of Beyonce.

There is speculation in the media that the Beyonce will perform at the VMAs this year. According to a tweet by MTV, "Heeeeeeey Mrs. Carter! Snuck backstage at @Beyonce's @BarclaysCenter show for a little sneak peek of the #VMA venue! No sleep til 8/25. #RoadToTheVMAs #BeyGood."

MTV and Pepsi are organizing a competition on Twitter where the winner of the contest will be awarded VIP passes to a "special, exclusive VMA performance at an iconic Brooklyn location."

Beyonce has never failed to surprise her fans. The actress recently chopped off her luscious long hair for a short pixie cut and posted a picture of her new avatar on Instagram.
