Bieber Behavior: Justin Bieber's Neighbor Files Battery Report, Reveals Death Threats

Justin Bieber is in for another "bad behaviour" issue. As of late, Justin's neighbour had filed a battery report against the Canadian crooner due to claims that Justin had threatened to kill him. The neighbour even went on to add that Bieber had spit at his face simply for telling him off for his inappropriate behaviour. How true are the rumours?

The 19-year old "Baby" singer is in hot water once again with the latest controversy. Justin's neighbour had filed a battery case against the singer following an incident at the Calabasas property. Law enforcements and neighbours at the area have reported to TMZ the incident that had followed.

"Bieber hocked a loogie in the man's face during a heated confrontation Tuesday morning. We're told Justin's Ferrari had arrived on a flatbed truck at around 8:00 AM and Justin decided to take it for a ride in the gated community. A number of neighbors say Justin was driving insanely fast -- the complaining neighbor says 100 mph," reported by TMZ.

The neighbour who had filed against Bieber was a 47-year old businessman with three kids. According to the man, he had screamed at Justin saying, "You can't drive like this!"

Justin reacted negatively by screaming back at the man and spitting at his face.

"Get the f**k out of here," said Bieber according to the reports, having added, "I'm gonna f**king kill you."

While Bieber's Calabasas neighbours state such incident occurred, representatives of the 19-year old singer say otherwise. Apparently, Justin did not have any physical contact between him and the neighbour and no death threats had been exchanged.

Judging from Justin's recent behaviour these past few months, it'll be hard to believe his representatives. For one, this wasn't the first time Justin had been involved in a fight. Last month, Bieber had almost gotten into a fight with paparazzi following his discharge from the hospital. Onlookers claim Bieber had cussed and cursed at the photographer claiming to kill him.

If Justin wishes to continue his tinsel town life then he better get his attitude changed because threatening to kill people is never the right way to deal with issues.
