Bieber’s “Under The Mistletoe” to Top Billboard Charts
Christmas will come early for Justin Bieber since his album "Under the Mistletoe" might take the number one spot in the Billboard 200. Early sales of the album are estimated to 200,000 to 225,000 copies sold.
If the album can hold its selling power, it will earn the young pop star his second consecutive number 1, including his "My World 2.0" which topped the charts last year March 2010 with more than 280, 000 copies sold.
According to the site Hits Daily Double, the "Under the Mistletoe" album holds 40,000 lead to "Ambition."
The young star has been facing allegations from a fan claming that he is the father of her child. Even though he's been facing strings of issues regarding the paternity suit, Bieber has been continuously promoting his album and making several appearances including the recently concluded MTV European Awards.
The singer also announced his "Believe Charity Drive" where portions of the "Mistletoe" proceeds will be donated to charitable organizations. New videos are also up for Biebs with is version of "All I Want For Christmas Is You" and "Fa La La" teamed up with Boyz II Men.
