Sheldon's University has forced him to take vacation holidays, and he is complaining about that to Leonard while they walk up the stairs to their apartment. Leonard is worried that since he did not say yes to Penny's drunk marriage proposal, their relationship might be over. Penny assures him that their relationship is not over and Leonard sheds some happy tears. Penny informs him that she has quit her job at the Cheesecake Factory, as she wants to completely pursue her aspiration of becoming an actress. Leonard says that he supports her decision. However, judging from his facial expression, he is unsure about whether Penny did the right thing by quitting her job.

Sheldon wants Leonard to take him to work, as he might miss out on some breakthrough scientific discovery. Leonard tells him that is not going to happen, as the only person who is likely to make such a discovery is Sheldon himself. Sheldon follows Leonard like a puppy, walking down the stairs. Leonard soon makes Sheldon halt. He sits in the stairwell, with a sigh while Leonard leaves for work. Penny sees Sheldon sitting in the stairwell and asks if he would like to come with her. She is on her way to start working on becoming an actress.

At the Cafeteria, Leonard receives a call from Penny, who is at the Cheesecake factory. Leonard assumes that she is there to get her job back. He tells her that she did the right thing by going to work as quitting the job was a stupid idea. Penny corrects him that she is there to return her waitress dress and is quite offended. Leonard mumbles that he supports her decision.

Leonard returns to his apartment to see Sheldon and Penny doing yoga. He wonders how Sheldon is doing yoga. Sheldon replies that it is because he heard Yoda. Penny chips in that she is helping him relax, as unlike Leonard, Sheldon supports her. Leonard tries coming clean on what he thinks of Penny quitting her job. He tells her that if she cared enough of what he thought of her quitting the job, she should have told him before quitting the job. Penny snaps, asking if she needs his permission from him and whether he would have told her before he quit his job. Leonard states that he would have done that, and he thought that they were in a relationship where they take decisions, together. If he is wrong in thinking that, Leonard says may be they need to re-think about their relationship.

Sheldon wants to know where their relationship stands, as he is as part of the relationship as Leonard and Penny. He refuses to give them privacy, and demands to know if they are ever going to get married and if yes, where they plan to live. Penny tells Leonard that Sheldon supports her decision, even if he thinks that it reckless. Leonard says that he also supports her and he is just thinking from his view because he wouldn't have the courage to do what she is doing. Leonards gets in Penny's good books again by saying he is proud of her. Sheldon sees it as a moment to celebrate.

While Sheldon is taking his forced vacation, his girl, Amy, is getting rocks from a huge geologist. Raj and Howard point out that the geologist might be interested in her. The geologist invites Amy to a rock show. Amy refuses the invitation, saying she has a boy-friend. The geologist refuses to believe her and sees it as her tactic to avoid him. He gets emotional and Amy has to say yes. The man says it aloud that it is a date. Raj and Howard decided to help Amy get out of the situation. They decide on telling the geologist that Amy is a lesbian. It looks like the geologist bought that explanation, as Raj and Howard are in the car with the geologist, going for the rock show.

Bernadette comes to Stuart's empty comic shop to replace a damaged comic book -- a curling iron is responsible -- before Howard finds out. Stuart does not have the book but finds out the shop where they can get it. The competitor's comic cum coffee shop is teeming with people. The man running the place cracks some joke at the expense of Stuart and his comic shop. Bernadette is offended and walks out of the shop. Stuart tells the man that he has friendship, which he will never have. Bernadette returns to say to the man that Stuart's store is just fine and he is a much nicer person than him. However, she also adds that she wants to buy comic book right then. When the man asks her if she wants latte, Bernadette says does not want latte, but wants a cappuccino and blueberry scone.
