The episode features the indecisiveness of some characters, which will drive them as well as others crazy. The preview indicates that everyone faces a life-changing decision. The spoilers leaked online indicate that Penny will again get the offer to star in "Serial Apeist" 2 movie. The role requires her to wear huge monkey hands and her character has to wrestle with a bikini wearing Orangutan.

Penny approaches Wil Wheaton for career advice, but ends-up triggering his past painful memories as a struggler. According to the spoilers, Penny accepts the offer and discovers to her shock that Wil Wheaton is the bikini wearing Orangutan.

Meanwhile, Sheldon cannot make-up his mind about which game system to buy, as he is not happy about his last purchase. He drives Amy crazy, with his indecisiveness, according to the spoilers. He lightly kissing Amy might be part of his plan to keep Amy happy, so that she helps him decide between XBOX 1 or PS4.
